California Privacy Notice
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").

We collect this information directly from you when you submit a form, and automatically from your device when you browse. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, or government identifiers.
Why we collect it
To connect you with third-party providers who can furnish the quote you requested; to contact you consistent with your consent; to verify submissions and prevent fraud; to operate and improve the Site; and to comply with law.
Sale and sharing
In the preceding twelve months we have disclosed the categories of identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation and inferences listed above to marketing partners, licensed agents, carriers, lenders, contractors and debt relief providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we actually know are under 16 years of age.
Your California rights
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to statutory exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information, so this right is not applicable.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request". You may also write to QuoteAmerica (mailing address available on request — email [email protected]). We will verify your identity by matching the information in your request against information already in our records, and we may request additional information to do so. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend by an additional 45 days with notice.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written permission signed by you, and we may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Submit such a request to [email protected].
